Before you fill out the form below, please fill out the following forms (you can print them out, fill them out, and scan them back in)*:
1. Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement (PARENT SIGNATURE MUST BE NOTARIZED): click here

3. Signed Code of Conduct: click here

You will also need to upload a copy of one of the following in order to verify your age:
-Report Card (showing that you are enrolled in high school or the homeschool equivalent)
-School ID card
-Government ID card

If you would prefer to mail in your paperwork instead of attaching the files, please send all of the above to:

You can send a check or cash along with your forms to pay your $25 membership fee. Please make checks payable to World Junior BBQ League.

Once you have all of the above, you can start your Membership Application which is located below.

*IF YOU ARE 18 OR OVER: you must sign the Code of Conduct and submit an age-verifying document, as well as fill out both release forms. You are not required to have a parent signature.

Please note that there is a $25 fee to become a WJBL Team Member. If you cannot afford this fee, please contact us at info@worldjrbbqleague.com.
